Keep all files from this page and the project page in a secure location at all times. Do not save these files to a shared server, but rather on your personal computer's hard drive.
At the completion of each project stage, the project manager will notify you when you should delete these files from your personal computer. When that notification is received, delete the files from your computer, then remove the files from your computer's recycle bin. Reply to the project manager with confirmation that all files were removed.
